“Future of Work” communicating internal changes

17 international offices, over 600 employees; one big change to communicate.

Perhaps no industry was affected more by COVID than tourism; even our Company of The Year award-winning travel client dubbed this period “the most significant transformation in the history of our existence” and it was our job to steer their teams through it.

While mostly an internal communications project, the company’s comms on the shift to hybrid work were public-facing. Communicating beliefs and principles, over guidelines and rules, was key.

And it worked – our start-up client saw a quadruple-boost in bookings compared to pre-pandemic, and was most recently valued at $2 billion.

Collaboration was high in this campaign – we worked with the HQ’s People, Operations and Brand departments, alongside C-suite and Employee Resource Groups, to develop written materials delivered to international teams via email, intranet, animated video and beyond… across several European offices.

Beyond this project, Samantha continued to work supporting the Operations team until a full-time, same-continent internal hire was made.
